Our co***ny manufactures electrical components and assemblies used in model aeroplanes and ships. Such items consisting mainly of electric motors, electronic speed controllers and associated ancillary parts such as propeller adaptors, mounting components and accessories.
Our advanced manufacturing equipment consists of 30 imported CNC numerically controlled machining centres, 50 automatic lathes and 10 grinding machines.
Our highly trained workforce over 200 employees includes five ***torial under graduates and more than twenty, electrical, machining and technical development engineers. The co***ny has extremely stable production capabilities. Current monthly production is more than sixty thousand electric motors and more than eighty thousand electronic speed controllers each month. Monthly production of individual components is in excess of five million.
We sell worldwide to more than 30 countries and we are particularly strong in export to America, Europe, Japan, Korea and Australia.
ShenZhen Xing YaoHua Industrial Co Ltd has introduced a strict management system of quality in accordance to ISO 9001(2000) which demands the systemised standardisation of all our manufacturing, purchasing and management systems. In particularly we are also certified to ROHS standards and we have obtained CE and FCC authentication. Additionally we are members of the Chinese Toy association. In order to meet such strict quality standards we have a range of comprehensive testing equipment for electrical and associated components and assemblies.
